Free Virtual Consultations Available
Having your consultation today from the safety and comfort of your own home will enable you to have your treatment as soon as Aspire Clinic reopens at the beginning of March.
You will speak with an expert practitioner, our Clinic Director, Jenny O’Neill, to find the right treatment for you. You will be able to ask all the questions you wish and be confident of making an informed decision.
What is a virtual consultation?
A video appointment via Whatsapp, Facetime or Zoom with an Aspire expert, without the need to travel in to clinic.
How long is a virtual consultation?
They range from half an hour to an hour, where our experts will go through treatments you may be interested in and answer any questions you may have.
What happens during a virtual consultation?
Your Aspire expert will explore what you would like to achieve and your possible treatment options. They will go through your medical history with you and what your patient journey at Aspire will look like, so that you fully understand next steps and what we offer. Patients are at the heart of everything we do, and we want you to know that we are here you on every step of your Aspire journey. Your Aspire expert will also answer any questions you may have.
How do I join a virtual consultation?
Ahead of your appointment, which we will make at a time and day convenient to you, you will receive a Zoom meeting invitation, which includes the link for you to click at the appointment time.
If you are new to Aspire, the email will also contain a link to a General Medical History form that you must complete ahead of the consultation. This is an easy form to complete, sign and submit all online.
You can access Zoom from a computer, tablet or phone. If using a tablet or phone, you will have to download the app first, which is free. You will then join the meeting by clicking the link in the invitation.
If you prefer, we can also do a Whatsapp or Facetime video call, where your Aspire expert will video call you at the appointment time.
Top tips for a smooth consultation
- This is time for you to talk about you, so find a quiet space at home where there is no background noise and you are not going to get disturbed.
- Make sure the lens on your phone, tablet or computer is clean – give it a wipe before the consultation.
- Sit in a well-lit room. Avoid LED lights. If possible, make sure there is plenty of natural light behind your screen NOT behind you.
- If you need to provide photos, please do not take a selfie as this camera lens is lower quality. Use the forward-facing lens by setting the device up in front of you and press the timer mode. Please just ask if you need further guidance on how to do this.
