Deposit and Cancellation Charge Policy from 1st October 2016
We fully understand that from time to time, last minute difficulties do arise and that our patients may need to make changes to their appointment.
We are always as accommodating as possible to assist our patients, however, it has become necessary to implement a deposit and cancellation policy as a result of an increase in volume of last minute cancellations.
On booking your treatment, a deposit will now be taken. This will be deducted from your bill for the relevant treatment. We guarantee that where notification to cancel appointments is given, with more than 48 hours’ notice, deposits will be refunded or offset against any treatment required.
Where late cancellations are notified (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 48 hours’ notice being given, we reserve the right to retain your deposit or deduct a treatment from your course should you have prepaid for a course of treatments.
We do of course understand that each patient’s circumstances are different when either failing to attend/cancel an appointment or being unable to provide more than 48 hours’ notice to the clinic. We will always listen to our patients and be understanding and sympathetic to such circumstances where it may not have been possible to provide such notification earlier.
To help our patients minimise the chance of losing their deposit or treatments from their courses, we will now be sending out text reminders 48 hours ahead of your appointment time rather than 24 hours.
How to notify the clinic about cancelling an appointment
Notification is always best given by telephoning the clinic on 0118 931 3575 or if there are difficulties with you doing so, then by email at info@aspireclinic.com. The sooner notification is given enables us to offer your appointment to another patient and avoid your deposit being retained.
Deposit and Cancellation Fee Structure
CoolSculpting treatments – 25% of the total treatment price
All other treatments - £50 or one treatment deducted from prepaid treatment courses.
Gold Club - One treatment deducted from prepaid treatment course.
Consultations will continue to be free of charge.
